Homemade Butter Cookies ♥

     Hello my lovely readers!

     I am really sorry for my long absence of the blog! During the past month I had my exams on university and I was really stressed! Fortunately, after a lot of studying, I did well and now I have to do my Master thesis..! But that's another point!

     Today, I was supposed to write a post with clothes&fashion but my city has other plans for me and I'm gonna exlpain you what I mean! Yesterday, I was about to go for shopping after a looong time, to the city centre! I wanted to have a look at the malls and choose some new pieces for my wardrobe... Unfortunately, every plan went wrong as there were strikes and demonstrations on the city centre! Most of the malls were closed and there were no public means of transport to go there! So, after a while, I decided to stay home and do something else creative! :) The idea of baking butter cookies crossed my mind immediately, so I did loose no time! The ingredients are easy to find and I had them all in my kitchen! :) On the following photos, you can see almost step by step the procedure! :)

After mixing the ingredients above, I made the pastry below...

I used some cookie cutters in the shape of a crown and a butterfly :)

And I baked them on the oven...

  After that, I used some sugar paste that I coloured with different food colours...

   And I placed the sugar paste on the top of each cookie using the same cookie cutters...

In the following photo you can see (something like) a girly-pink shoe that I made of sugar paste...Ok, let's be kind! This was my first try... hehe ;)

And the result!
